In this seminar, I taught students how to train far beyond technique. I focused on a simple progression of eight (8) training methods (of the 315 training methods in Harris Jiu Jitsu). And, I mixed it with a simple drill!
This instructional will change the way you think about "TRAINING" in Jiu Jitsu - for there are a ton of training methods that go far beyond the normal methods students are taught (e.g. Learn a technique, practice a technique, drill a technique, and spar with a technique).
While it's true I teach eight training methods in this instructional, I barely scratch the surface of them. I share this with you to let you know there's a lot more to these training methods than what I have presented in this instructional.
My goal was to introduce students to several training methods and help them learn how to develop usable, repeatabe, measurable and admirable skill sets.
