Most practitioners begin their sparring by starting on their knees. So, I decided to make an instructional on takedowns from the knees to help students gain the advantage as soon as the match started.
I cover my two primary methods of takedowns: The pull back series and the drive forward series - in addition to some gi and no gi considerations.
