1h 16m
This was the first video I put out. It was filmed not too long after i had become a black belt.
This video set the standard for "structured" BJJ training. The instructional focuses exclusively on positional escapes (i.e. how to escape the front mount and other positions).
Additionally, this instructional video was the first of its kind to give students formulas to understand HOW to do things. It set many things into motion for other students and instructors - because they were no longer limited by knowing a few handfuls of techniques. Now they had a few formulas that would help them learn how to teach themselves. Many students and instructors benefitted from this kind of instruction. You can too!
